9 inches of SNOW in ALABAMA!!!

Who would ever have thought that it would SNOW so much here in Bama!!! It has been awesome! I have not seen this much snow since I lived in Germany!!! Carson got to play in the snow and he just loved it!!Kenzie hated it, lol. She didn't like having to be so bundled up that she could hardly move.

However over all it was a great day! My brother (Mat) and I made a huge snowman - the biggest I have ever made!! We had so much fun, it was like we were little kids again :D

Our New Addition

Well we added another member to our wonderful little family!! Her name is Dixie!! She is a pit. We decided when we got Duke that we would like to breed him and we weren't planning on getting a female for a while but then a friend of mine had to get rid of her little pit so we ended up with one earlier than we thought! She is 5 weeks old and as cute as can be! Carson and Kenzie love her! Carson told TJ that Duke is Kenzies dog now and Dixie is his! He keeps calling her is little girl. They are adorable together!

New Year = Total New Life!

Our family has so many changes going on this New Year!!! I accepted a job offer from my old company as Project Coordinator of Navair. I am very excited about going back to work and having extra money but at the same time I am so not liking that I have to be away from the kids! I have been with both of them forever and its going to be no fun at all leaving them for 40 hrs a week!! On top of that I also had to come to Bama and TJ had to stay in KY. He won't be able to join us until mid February :(

However even though there are some bad points to this I am still very excited for this opportunity and thrilled to work with all my old co-workers again. Not to mention having two incomes will be nice ;)
